LAX LAB PATHWAY PROGRAM

1 on 1 mentorship for the athletes and families committed to the long game.

WHAT IT IS

The Lax Lab Pathway Program is for the devoted athlete and family seeking more 1 on 1 attention, guidance, and mentorship outside of just on field training. This is an opportunity to work directly with Jules and our staff in an intimate way.

For athletes who aren't local to any of our training regions, this is also an excellent opportunity to work closely with Lax Lab from anywhere in the country.

HOW IT WORKS

The Pathway Program gives our athletes and families the support they need beyond on field training. This happens through Zoom calls, texts, and phone calls with your mentor.

Every family and player is different, and needs different support at different times of the year and their lacrosse journey.

To be in the Pathway Program is to be given access to all of Lax Lab's resources and knowledge. Film development. Training regimens. Navigating the lacrosse landscape. Recruiting guidance. Leadership development. Mental performance and confidence.

Our philosophy is simple. Focus on the plan. Trust us. Put the work in. Get a little better every day.

THE PATHWAY BY GRADE

Pathway evolves with the athlete. Every grade comes with a different focus, a different conversation, and a different kind of support.

Hear from the families who've been through it.

I have worked with Jules in the Pathway Program since 6th grade, and he has been more than just a mentor to me. I honestly can’t even put into words the amount of guidance he has had on my life on and off the field, for the better. Anyone lucky enough to be in his presence will get nothing short of personalized guidance and growth.

Stone Evans - 2024, Division 1 Providence Lacrosse Scholarship Athlete

I have been working with Jules now since for almost a year in the program and it has increased my IQ by hundreds. We go over film from college games and what I can implement, and in season, we are watching film every week talking about what I could do better and what is looking good. He has given me drills to work on outside of regular practice that has helped me gain an edge in stick work over others. Overall, it has been great and it has helped me to get to levels that I didn’t think I could ever reach

Grady Paltos - SHP 2028, Leading Edge

Watching our son navigate elite high school lacrosse, especially during the pressure and uncertainty of sophomore year, would be a completely different experience without Jules. What starts as recruiting guidance quickly becomes so much more. Beyond helping him understand the recruiting landscape, reviewing film, and building his lacrosse IQ, Jules has provided steady mentorship during one of the most stressful and pivotal periods of development for a young athlete. The film breakdowns teach him how to truly see the game, not just play it. His confidence, decision making, and overall understanding of lacrosse continue to grow tremendously. But honestly, the biggest value comes off the field. Having a trusted outlet outside of mom and dad, especially outside of dad when emotions and expectations can naturally run high in competitive sports, gives our son a place to process pressure, setbacks, goals, and growth in a healthy and productive way. That mentorship and perspective are invaluable. Any family investing in a player’s development knows it is about far more than stats or recruiting calls. It is about helping a young athlete mature mentally, emotionally, and competitively. Jules plays a major role in that journey for our son, and we are incredibly grateful for the impact he continues to have on him both on and off the field.

I’ve been working with Jules in the program since was 13 and I credit him for a significant amount of my improvement. From fundamentals to improving your IQ, Jules and Lax Lab are where Lacrosse players go.
