HOW TO GET STARTED

Weekly group training and privates run throughout the year across our regions in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.

To register for any training, start by building your profile. Once built, you'll have access to registration for your region and session.

Sessions are capped by location, and the majority of our locations are invite-only. If a location is open for registration, meaning anyone can register, you'll see that reflected in your region below.

The Training Standard Across All Locations

Every Lax Lab session, in every region, runs the same way. This is what makes the Lab the Lab

Our sessions are designed to push players to expand their potential. Each session is curated uniquely for the group at hand. The energy and competition level is always high and we have fun doing it together.
We don't run the same session for every kid who walks in. Coaches assess and adjust in real time based on who's in the room.
Every session maintains a maximum 1:10 ratio to ensure individualized attention within a group setting.
Players develop through a combination of focused skill work and live competitive repetitions that mirror real game situations. Varied by location, skill, age, and gender.
Every player is pushed to improve while being supported through the process. The standard is high. The environment is safe to fail in.
Volume is the strategy. Quality is the standard. Players get more reps than anywhere else, but every rep is coached and intentional.
