BEFORE YOU START
Connecticut
Training Questions.
New to the Lab? Start with the interest form. The team will help you with placement.
Submit Interest FormHow Do We Start?
Submit the Connecticut interest form first. Sessions are by invitation. Jules and the team review your information before sending registration access. An interest form or a call does not register your athlete.
Where Does Training Take Place?
Connecticut group training takes place at STM Fieldhouse, 421 West Ave Bldg 1, Stamford, CT 06910.
How Are Athletes Grouped?
Athletes are grouped by age and skill level. Sessions are by invitation only and require submitting an interest form and speaking with our team before you can train with us. This protects the integrity and sizes of our sessions, as we always want players to feel confident and get the most out of any given session.
Can We Ask About Private Coaching?
Yes. Use this form to learn more about private training and getting into our sessions.
What If We Have Not Heard Back?
We typically follow up within 48–72 hours, with longer response times during busy enrollment periods. If you have not heard back, email info@thelaxlab.com. We do not guarantee you will hear back if you are not a fit for sessions, but we do our very best to make sure everyone does hear from us.
